Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Muscoda, Wisconsin, is dedicated to providing top-notch care and treatment to our residents, and we're seeking a compassionate and skilled OT to join our team!
About the Role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for our residents, focusing on skills such as daily living activities, mobility, and cognitive functions.
You will conduct thorough assessments, set goals, and create customized treatment plans to achieve optimal results.
Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress evaluations.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and meet the unique needs of each resident.
Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, equipment, and modalities to promote functional recovery and independence.
Communicate regularly with physicians, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
