Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Irwin. As a member of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess patients by physical examination, including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status

• Administer medications and treatments

• Participate in the care planning process

• Supervise certified nursing assistants

• Communicate with physicians regarding changes in resident's conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.

• Document assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy

• Educate patients and their families on health-related issues

• Complete required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations

   

Entry Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

• Valid PA State licensure as an LPN

• Current CPR certification
