Per Diem Speech Pathologist

Evaluates and screens all resident referrals for the Rehabilitation Department for Speech-Language Therapy. Interprets evaluations and may consult with other rehab team members to assess goals and plan of treatment. Works in conjunction with the Interdisciplinary Team to develop the overall Resident Care Plan. Establishes a plan of care and treatment in cooperation with and under the prescription of the attending physician.
