Job Summary:

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at Clarion Nursing and Rehab. As an OT, you'll work with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement individualized therapy plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement evidence-based occupational therapy treatment plans to meet the needs of our residents

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide occupational therapy interventions to promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being

• Monitor and record resident progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

• Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in an acute care or long-term care setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
