About this job
Job Description
At The Lodge at Red Rocks, we're searching for a Respiratory Therapist who is clinically brilliant, ridiculously observant, and just a little bit obsessed with helping patients breathe better.
Let's be honest.
You didn't become an RT because you enjoy mediocrity.
You became an RT because you enjoy solving problems, improving lives, and occasionally walking into a room, pressing one button, and looking like a wizard while everyone else wonders what just happened.
We're not looking for someone to simply fill a position.
We're looking for the RT who notices subtle changes before they become emergencies.
The RT who educates staff without making them feel stupid.
The RT who can manage vents, trachs, oxygen therapy, and pulmonary patients while still finding time to make the day better for everyone around them.
Why The Lodge at Red Rocks?Because culture matters.
You'll be working alongside one of the most respected Nursing Home Administrators in the market.
The kind of leader who believes great clinicians should be trusted, supported, and empowered—not buried under nonsense.
You'll also join an interdisciplinary team that brings energy, accountability, and passion to patient care every single day.
No passengers.
No drama.
No "that's not my job."
Just talented people working together to build something exceptional.

Been called a respiratory wizard, vent whisperer, or miracle worker by nursing staff
Competitive compensation
Clinical autonomy
Leadership that values your expertise
A collaborative interdisciplinary team
Growth opportunities
The ability to make a meaningful impact every single day
When was the last time you were excited about a job posting?
