Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Implement and modify occupation-based interventions to address patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional impairments

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

• Participate in interprofessional education and training to stay current with best practices and research

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
