Real Estate Attorney

A growing real estate company is seeking a motivated Attorney to join its legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or an attorney with experience in real estate law.Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
• Assist with real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing transactions
• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on real estate matters
• Coordinate with outside counsel when needed
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Support management on day-to-day legal issues

Qualifications

• J.D. degree
• Real estate law experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
