What You’ll Do

• Deliver speech-language pathology services in accordance with clinical standards and facility care protocols

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and collect data to support individualized treatment planning

• Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals

• Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques and strategies to support carryover and daily function

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members to ensure quality resident outcomes
