• Provide skilled nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN or APRN

• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans

• Conduct and document resident assessments, as needed

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

• Implement and maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the resident experience
