Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing team
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional resident outcomes
Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
Active, unencumbered New Jersey LPN license required
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care
