About the Role:

• Provide direct patient care: As an LPN, you will be responsible for administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities for our elderly residents.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams: Work closely with our dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, registered nurses, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Maintain accurate records: Document patient care, progress, and any changes or concerns in a thorough and timely manner.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives: Contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts to ensure that our care services meet the highest standards.

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure: Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri.

• Strong clinical skills: Possess excellent clinical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Able to effectively communicate with residents, families, and colleagues, and provide compassionate care with empathy and respect.
