About the Role:

As an Evening Shift LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your duties will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Assisting with vital signs, toileting, and feeding residents

• Delivering compassionate and respectful care to all residents, regardless of background or need

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and services

Requirements:

• 1 of experience as an LPN/LVN

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of Wisconsin

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
