Registered Occupational Therapist - Per Diem
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Occupational Therapist to join our team at Stillwater Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Community in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Responsibilities
As a Registered Occupational Therapist - Per Diem, you will:
Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing and assisted living environment
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence, function, and well-being
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify resident needs and goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
Document resident progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
Current registration as an Occupational Therapist
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
