Responsibilities:

As an LPN, your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments

• Maintaining the accuracy of patient records

• Reporting and investigating incidents thoroughly and in a timely manner

• Maintaining the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical needs of each patient

• Assisting physicians during rounds

• Providing guidance and training for aides

• Demonstrating proficient nursing skills

Qualifications:

• Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse

• High school graduate/GED

• Long-term care experience, good communication skills
