Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered 

• Monitoring residents’ conditions, documenting care, assisting with care planning, and communicating changes in resident status to physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team. 

• The Licensed practical nurse supports caregivers, helps maintain compliance with state regulations, and promotes a compassionate, resident-centered environment.
