About the Role:

As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, including:

• Providing direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities

• Administering medications and treatments as directed by physicians

• Monitoring and reporting resident conditions to ensure timely interventions

• Maintaining accurate and complete records of patient care and treatment

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting

• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers

• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities

• Maintain accurate and complete records of patient care and treatment

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
