· Make a meaningful impact while driving admissions with purpose and strategy
Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, hospitals, and community healthcare partners
· Represent and promote the organization’s mission, philosophy, and services both within hospitals and throughout the community
· Attend facility meetings, calls, and educational in-services
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date referral tracking logs
· Provide timely end-of-day reports to department heads
Qualifications
· Valid driver’s license required; travel is a key component of this role
· RN, LPN, or LSW preferred, but not required
· Ability to manage multiple residents and referrals in a fast-paced environment
