Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Warsaw Meadows Care Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Warsaw, IN.

The primary purpose of the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors. • Full Time 6p-6a Weekends

• Full Time 2p-10p

Pay Range: $33–$36/hour plus weekend shift diff

• Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors.

• Provide basic medical care including changing bandages, administering prescribed medications, and collecting specimens.

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team.

• Maintain accurate documentation of care and treatments provided.

• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of resident care.

• Must possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to resident-centered care.
