We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) to join our team at Care One at Weymouth in Weymouth, Massachusetts. **Responsibilities:**

* Provide respiratory therapy treatment to patients and residents, including aerosol therapy, oxygen therapy, and chest physiotherapy
* Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to improve lung function and overall health
* Operate various respiratory therapy equipment, including ventilators, nebulizers, and oxygen concentrators
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement effective care plans
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and outcomes
