Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the respiratory care department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and policies.

• Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support a team of respiratory therapists, providing training, guidance, and professional development opportunities.

• Patient Care: Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized respiratory care plans, ensuring patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.

• Clinical Decisions: Make informed clinical decisions, recognizing and addressing potential respiratory-related issues to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 years of experience in respiratory therapy, with a strong background in leadership and management.

• Certifications: Current certification in respiratory therapy, such as RRT or CRTT.

• Licensure: Valid state license in respiratory care.
