Solon Pointe is seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Respiratory Therapists to join our growing clinical team. As a CRT, you will play a vital role in providing respiratory care services to residents with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions while working alongside an interdisciplinary healthcare team dedicated to exceptional resident outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform respiratory assessments and monitor resident respiratory status

• Administer oxygen therapy and respiratory treatments

• Operate and monitor respiratory equipment

• Assist with pulmonary rehabilitation programs

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy teams

• Educate residents and families on respiratory care plans

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
