Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $175,000 – $280,000/year

What You'll Do
  • Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and commercial agreements.
  • Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction structuring.
  • Counsel clients on corporate governance matters and strategic business issues.
  • Work closely with attorneys across offices on complex middle-market transactions.
  • Support clients through all phases of acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate matters.
What You'll Need
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active Bar admission in the applicable state or eligibility for admission.
  • At least 3 years of Corporate/M&A experience within a law firm.
  • Experience handling mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions.
  • Strong background in due diligence, transaction structuring, and corporate governance.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong academic credentials.
