About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As an LPN on our 12-hour shift, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our seniors in a state-of-the-art facility. Your dedication and expertise will help us deliver high-quality care that exceeds our patients' and residents' expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to our patients and residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient and resident care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of NJ
