About the Role:

As a LPN, you will deliver high-quality nursing care with heart, professionalism, and teamwork. You will support residents with medication administration, treatments, and daily clinical needs, collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team, and build meaningful relationships with residents and families. You will also help maintain a positive, resident-centered environment.
