Hourly Pay Rate: $72

*Rate includes $202 daily tax-exempt stipend

Requirements:

• AAS/ BA or BS in Radiation Therapy or completion of approved AMA certified program.
• RT(T); NYS license or limited permit to practice as a Radiation Therapist required.
• CPR Certified

Responsibilities:

• Delivers accurately the prescribed planned course of radiation therapy under the general supervision of the Radiation Oncologist
• Checks prescriptions and compose patient charts, accurately record medical histories.
• Explains procedures to patient and advises patient regarding reactions to treatment.
• Observes patient for any unusual reactions or symptoms, ensuring the safety of the patient throughout the course of the procedure.
