Civil & Probate Litigation Attorney

A confidential opportunity is available for a Civil & Probate Litigation Attorney to join a collaborative litigation practice with offices in Torrance and Orange County.

This role offers a balanced caseload that includes civil litigation and trust and estate disputes within a trial-oriented environment. Responsibilities include drafting dispositive and nondispositive motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, participating in trial preparation, and working directly with clients on litigation strategy.

The practice includes general liability defense, professional liability, business disputes, and probate litigation involving will contests, fiduciary claims, and administration disputes.

This position is primarily in-office to support collaboration, mentorship, training, and integration with the litigation team. Hybrid flexibility may be available over time based on experience, performance, and practice needs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $150,000–$210,000, depending on experience
