Shift & CompensationStatus: Full-Time & Part-Time options available.
Bonus: $7,500 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time 2nd Shift).
$3750 Sign on Bonus Part Time 2nd shift
Pay Flexibility: Paid Daily option—access your earned wages on your own schedule.

Clinical Care: Prepare and administer medications/treatments; transcribe physician orders to MARs with meticulous accuracy.
Documentation: Maintain daily records of resident care, observations, and pharmacy coordination.
Monitoring: Proactively track resident conditions and report changes to the RN or DON.
Leadership: Supervise CNAs and collaborate on resident care plans to ensure top-tier service.
Licensure: Active, unrestricted LPN License in the state of Wisconsin.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical procedures, and LTC standards.
Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
