We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team of superstars. LPN provide direct nursing care to our residents, work alongside a collaborative team, and help ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality care.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially.
Ability to read/write/comprehend the English language in written & verbal form required.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities.
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures.
Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
