Gardnerville Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team! We’re currently hiring for full-time and PRN positions, with a special focus on night shift coverage.

Available Shifts:

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM – Includes a $3/hour shift differential!

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• PRN openings also available for added flexibility

Essential Functions:

• Supervises nursing care to residents

• Complies with state and Federal Regulations

• Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team

• Maintains standards of professional nursing practice

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Required: Current licensure in the state of employment.

• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
