Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse
• Administer medications, perform vital signs, and document patient information accurately
• Assist with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Recognize and respond to patient needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
