Base Pay

• $26.64–$28.64 per hour

Earn More with Shift Differentials

• Evening & Night Shifts: $30.64–$32.64 per hour

• Weekend Day Shifts: $29.64–$31.64 per hour

• Weekend Evening & Night Shifts: $33.64–$35.64 per hour

Pay-in-Lieu Option

• $31.64–$33.64 per hour

Shift differentials are not available for employees who elect the Pay-in-Lieu option.

LPN Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.

• Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens

• Provide care in accordance with the individualized Care Plan

• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety

Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse in this state

• Experience is long term care or skilled nursing preferred
