As our Wellness Nurse, you'll partner with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director to help lead the clinical team, support caregivers and medication assistants, and ensure our residents receive exceptional care every day.
This position is perfect for an LPN who enjoys mentoring others, building relationships with residents and families, and wants to move beyond bedside nursing while maintaining a healthy Monday–Friday schedule.

As the Wellness Nurse, you'll provide clinical leadership while helping create a safe, compassionate, and engaging environment for our residents.
Responsibilities include:
Provide clinical leadership and support to caregivers, Certified Medication Assistants (CMAs), and nursing staff
Partner with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident care
Review physician orders and medication changes in QuickMAR
Complete resident assessments and quarterly wellness evaluations
Monitor medication administration and clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance
Participate in daily clinical stand-up meetings
Assist with resident care planning and interdisciplinary communication
Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members
Promote regulatory compliance with state, federal, and company standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance resident outcomes
Current Georgia LPN License (required)
RN applicants are also welcome to apply
Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Home Health preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Comfortable coaching and supporting caregivers and medication assistants
Experience with EMRs and medication management
Passion for serving older adults
Leadership experience is preferred—but not required.
