Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide High-Quality Patient Care: LPNs will assist with ensuring patients' comfort, safety, and well-being.

  • Licensed Nurses: LPNs will perform routine nursing tasks .

  • Promote Rehabilitation: LPNs will assist residents in their rehabilitation journey by encouraging and supporting exercise and conditioning routines.

  • Collaborate with the Healthcare Team: LPNs will communicate effectively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: LPNs will complete detailed and accurate nursing documentation to ensure proper care and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Valid LPN license

  • Proficient in patient care and assessment

  • Knowledge of EHR systems and HIPAA regulations

  • Experience with catheterization, tube feeding, and IV infusion

  • Basic life support certification

  • Familiarity with long-term care and assisted living environments

  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse patient populations

  • Ability to handle critical care situations and triage effectively
