Tuesday & E/O Thursday and Friday; 3pm-11pm

E/O Friday & Saturday; 11pm-7am

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 Patient Care.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
• Assist patient in daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.

Requirements

• Active IL NURSING LICENSE
• Current CPR Certification
  • Prior Experience with G-tube, Trach and Vent care
