Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction

• Conduct regular evaluations of patient care to ensure quality and effectiveness

• Collaborate with the medical team to provide comprehensive care and address concerns

• Monitor and maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the State of New York

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skills
