• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition

• Assist with patient assessments and care planning

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Support and communicate with patients and their families

• Ensure compliance with all agency and state regulations
