PAY: 32.00/hour
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
Assist with patient assessments and care planning
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support and communicate with patients and their families
Ensure compliance with all agency and state regulations
*LPN certificate required
