Hospital / Community Liaison-Skilled Nursing Facility

Located in Marion, OH

Salary: $60K - $80K; Based on experience 

Responsibilities:

• Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, discharge managers to maintain and develop referral relationships.
• Work with Admissions department to meet short term and long-range census goals.
• Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentations as needed.
• Create, manage and monitor new business development plans
• Conduct research as needed.

Qualifications:

•    Must have long term care marketing experience
•    Must have connections with local hospitals 
•    Must have long term care experience
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
•    Must be tech savvy
