Job Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Facility: Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation
Location: Live Oak, FL
Pay Rate: $29- $33 per hour
Shifts:
7 AM–7 PM
7 PM–7 AM
Schedule: Alternating weekends and holidays

Key ResponsibilitiesAs an LPN, you will:
Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and adherence to medical standards.
Create and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
Perform medical procedures, including wound care, with skill and empathy.
Document resident care thoroughly and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Protect confidentiality and uphold resident rights under HIPAA guidelines.
Valid LPN license in the State of Florida.
Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing.
