LPN or RN Charge Nurse 3pm to 11pm

Job Summary:

Ingraham Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN or RN Charge Nurse to join our team in Bristol, CT. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our patients while leading and mentoring our nursing staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing treatments

• Lead and mentor a team of nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and nursing practice

Requirements:

• Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Connecticut

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
