Location: The Greens at Maple Leaf, NC
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $8,000 (Full-Time)

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in delivering direct nursing care and supporting the overall clinical operations of the facility.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and complete documentation
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and leadership
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily care activities
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
• Evening and Night shifts:
  • 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
  • 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Flexible scheduling available for PRN staff
