Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary:

As an Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based patient care, promote patient satisfaction, and ensure seamless communication among healthcare providers. Our ideal candidate is a licensed LPN with excellent clinical skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting assessments and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and promote effective patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Oklahoma.
