Job Summary: Parkway Care and Rehab, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic and caring clinical team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. We offer a competitive salary of $27 to $34 hourly with a $2 per hour CARES bonus and a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
Responsibilities:
Provide total care for residents, including monitoring their condition and needs, administering medications and treatments, and reporting any changes in their condition
Manage staff and oversee the nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff to ensure excellence in resident care
Complete documentation, admit and discharge residents, and report any bruises, skin tears, or neglect
Maintain confidentiality and follow Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) requirements
Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues
Requirements:
LPN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing
Current CPR certification
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
Desire to work with the elderly
Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required

Work Schedule:
12-hour shifts, 6pm to 6am, rotating weekends
