LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) 12HR shifts

Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts | On-Site (Not Travel)

Scenic Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. This is a stable, long-term care position focused on providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive environment.

• 12-hour shifts available:

  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)

  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)

• Full-time scheduling with stability and consistency

• Provide direct skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes promptly

• Support and collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care teams

• Participate in care planning and accurate clinical documentation

• Maintain resident safety, dignity, and comfort at all times

• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri (Required)

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment

• Long-term care experience preferred (not required)

This is a permanent on-site position in Herculaneum, Missouri. This is not a travel or contract role.
