Your Impact

As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will be the clinical leader on your unit, helping ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care every day.

You will:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.

• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Medication Aides as assigned.

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately.

• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

• Ensure compliance with infection prevention and safety protocols.

• Provide leadership and support to your nursing team.

What We're Looking ForRequired

• Current Georgia LPN License in good standing.

• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Commitment to providing exceptional resident care.

Preferred

• Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care experience.

• Previous Charge Nurse experience.

• Newer nurses with the right attitude, compassion, and desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
