LPN -- Full time Night Shift and PRN-- 12 hour shifts, 6pm-6am
Nodaway Nursing Home Long Term Skilled Care with 60 Licensed Beds
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct Assessments, reporting and documenting medical changes to physician.
- Assist with admissions, complete assessments, MAR, TAR, POS, review the chart, physician orders, and order medications
- Assist with discharges, complete documentation, notification to physician
- Treatments
- Pass medications
- Manage CNA's and CMT's
- Documentation
