Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report as needed

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance

• Build relationships with residents and families

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in Ohio

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

• Great communication, reliability, and a positive attitude

• Team player mentality
