Location: Topsfield, Massachusetts
Base Pay: $38–$48/hour
Schedule: FT or PT

What You’ll Do
As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care while supporting nursing assistants and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure excellent resident outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing direct nursing care, treatments, and medication administration
• Supervising and supporting CNAs during daily care activities
• Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes appropriately
• Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Completing accurate and timely nursing documentation and incident reports
• Maintaining infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
• Supporting a respectful, positive, and team-oriented environment for residents, families, and staff
• Following facility policies, nursing standards, and individualized care plans to ensure quality resident care

Requirements:
• Current, active Massachusetts LPN license
• Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff
