Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive, patient-centered culture
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports
