At The Wyndmoor of Marion, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our senior residents in Marion, Ohio. Our Assisted Living and Memory Care community is designed to foster independence, dignity, and joy in a safe and welcoming environment. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Night Shift LPN to join our team and help us deliver the highest level of care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary care team

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nurse supervisor or designee

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services

• Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of Ohio

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or geriatric setting preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassion and empathy for older adults and their families
