LPN Full Time and Part Time 3-11 Shift

Rate of Pay:  Based on Experience

Hours:  Ranging from 16-40 Hours per Week

Shift:  3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Our facility is seeking a Part -Time, and Full time 3-11 shift, 16 -40 Hours per week, Licensed Practical Nurse that will be responsible for the nursing activities of the wing.  Whether working independently or in conjunction with the Director/Assistant Director of Nursing, Registered Nurse Supervisor, RN's and CNAs, the LPN  will work to ensure the optimal delivery of quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities will include:

Medication Administration

Resident Assessments

Resident Admissions coordination, including verification of Doctor's orders

Electronic Medical Records Maintenance

Administration of treatments and documentation

Patient education upon discharge for proper maintenance of medications or procedures

All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing Services
